Multi-Option Unsubscribe Feature

Recipients can select from a list of your email communications which they wish to unsubscribe from—and in the process indicate to you what communications they’ll find of greatest value.  In this way, our multi-option unsubscribe feature helps you cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
Fail-Safe Unsubscribe

Once a recipient unsubscribes to a specific message type, it becomes impossible for the individual to receive future messages from Smart Link—even if the recipients email address is added or imported inadvertently.

The unsubscribe request can be reversed—but only when the recipients re-subscribes to the message type.
